- All tour bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
- Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider (Paddle).
- By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount for the selected tour.
- A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a digital voucher/itinerary.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD (or specify your currency).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: If the cancellation is made at least [masalan: 72] hours before the tour start time.
- Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made between [24-72] hours before the tour, a [masalan: 50%] refund will be issued.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the tour or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
- In case we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety), you will receive a 100% refund.

- Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance, visas, and health requirements.
- You agree to follow the safety instructions provided by your tour guide during the excursion.
6. Limitation of Liability
